The CALABRIA participates in the SALONE DEL GUSTO of Turin 2018
The Calabria region will take part, from Thursday to next Monday, to the twelfth edition of Salone del Gusto Terra Madre in Turin, the most important biennial event dedicated to food and protection of the planet.
The participation of the region at the fair, which will be held at the Lingotto in Turin, is curated by the Department of Agriculture and Agro-food resources and by ARSAC, the regional Agency for the Development of agriculture. Eighteen are the Calabrian companies that will bring to Turin the Calabrian quality products to promote and exploit together with the territories of origin. The event will also take part in the representatives of the Consortium of Protection and Slow Food Presidia. The institutional stand of the Calabria region, which will be located in Pavilion Tre, hosts a series of events during which the attention will be focused not only on the quality and goodness of Calabrian agri-food productions, but also on a new way of To understand agriculture and gastronomy.
