Weather alert, operating in the prefecture the Rescue Coordination Centre: no criticalities
Schools closed in many cities of Calabria as well as in Lamezia and in several municipalities of the hinterland. On the whole territory, in fact, the civil protection Calabria has issued an orange alert for abundant rains and strong winds, with an alert rising to red on the ionic and Orange side on the Tyrrhenian area. At the moment the situation is under control and, in relation to possible criticalities, the Relief Coordination Centre has been activated by the prefecture of Catanzaro in order to constantly monitor the evolution of the situation.
